Working at Your Home Office

We’ve focused a lot recently on home office set up and the importance of regular stretching and exercises to help ensure prevention or reduction in back and neck pain due to working from home. These video looks to essentially bring everything together and show not only how you should set your office up properly, but the all important why.

In this series of videos, Dr Perna of Back and Body describes the ideal home office set up, the best seating position, some good exercises to try and also he illustrates the effects of poorly set up home offices on a model of the spine and the effects it can create.
